Troubleshooting

Check these common issues:
  1. Verify openai_api_base is set correctly
  2. Ensure Helicone-Auth header is in default_headers
  3. Check that your HELICONE_API_KEY is correct
  4. For Anthropic, use anthropic_api_url instead of api_base
